About Gillian
Gillian Bouno has 6 plus years of experience in the fitness industry. After she graduated from Pace University in NYC with a BA in Acting and Commercial Dance she began a career in dance for over 20 plus years. Through dance, she found her way to fitness became certified as a trainer, and teach classes such as dance cardio, sculpt, tone, jump fitness, bands (HIIT), and bounce/trampoline workouts. She is also certified in The American BARRE technique. Gillian’s training style is specific to each client, their body type, goals, and personal abilities. After reviewing a client’s needs she is able to add new content/workouts to each session.
Gillian’s Scope of Practice
-The ability to design and execute individual and group exercise fitness programs, tailored to the needs and attainable goals of the individual.
-Has an understanding of the need and importance of screening and client assessment.
-A desire to help clients reach their health and fitness goals through appropriate cardiovascular, flexibility and resistance exercise.
-Has the ability to motivate others in an encouraging and uplifting way towards improving their overall fitness and health.
-Dedicates her time to maintaining personal integrity, client confidentiality, and professional standards for best practice.
FIWC Personal Training
New clients receive a complimentary Fitness Assessment.
You will be interviewed and evaluated to provide us with information to design the safest, most effective program for you. Your goals, current fitness level, and medical history, along with your strengths and weaknesses, are considered in designing your program. The trainer will be demonstrating exercises that are safe and specific to your needs.
